What iOS firmware is the iPad running?
I had to use this one for about a week while I awaited my own upgrade, so I actually had to install up to the latest public beta so that I could restore my backup -- I believe it was 12.1.3 Beta 2. It should be easy enough to revert to the most recent stable version (12.1.2?). In addition, the Beta Program profile was uninstalled prior to resetting the device.

Keyboard cover is in very good condition ... they very edges show some signs of wear/use (almost like fraying? You can sort of see it along the right edge in the last photo), but there are no other issues. All keys and magnetic areas are functional and we've never had any problems with it. I can provide additional photos if you'd like. Completely smoke-free home.

Can't go any lower than $330 for now. This is already priced at least $50 below any other unlocked 9.7 on Swappa, and many of those have less storage and/or don't include the Smart Keyboard. Thanks for your interest!
