Hi Gage - does it include the box and accessories? What’s the battery health percentage in setting and battery?

Do not have the box. I can put the headphones with them, they are brand new and have not been used. I’m not sure on the battery health, phone is at home. I am almost certain that it is 100% phone is about 20 days old.
