Hi Does it have a sim card slot, and is the battery level at least 80% or do I have to buy a new one?
Yes sim card slot .. Our batteries test to 70% or better. We test phone batteries on a pass/fail basis.. Not a phone by phone recording of exact numbers. A slot it has .. a sim card it does not. Thanks.
How will it be shipped? I'm trying to get it before Christmas can you guarantee me it will arrive before Christmas?

You want me to guarantee the operations of the US Postal Service? I can't do that. I would say 95% of our packages are delivering within the 2 day window .. those that don't deliver on day 3 or 4.
