The battery maximum capacity is at 78%. We are not the original owner so we don't know if the screen has ever been replaced, although you can see in the photo that the screen is flawless. The phone is unlocked but we cannot guarantee international use, especially without knowing the country(s) you'd like to use it in. Yes, we can do $170 and we can include a charger.
