This is a new unused Assurion replacement device. It has been powered on to verify working condition. The front and back glass is untouched and the frame has no marks. The film was only peeled off for the photograph. The original usb-a to usb-c charging cable is not included. All other original stuffs, including the stylus, correct fast charger, earbuds with extra earpieces, two different usb-c adapters, etc. are included.

Would you do 375 with swappa fees?
I could go to $400. This also includes a car charger and a case I need to add photos.
I don't really need the case not the charger. And since it is a refurbished phone from insurance I'm not going to spend more than 375.
I'll do $400
For 375 there are a lot of "fair" and "good" condition phones with minimal scratches. This one is priced well at 400 (new price) whether you consider it new or used. Thank you both for your help with the pricing, new price posted. Cheers!
