Damage Description

Despite living in an otterbox it's whole life, the back looks like it's been scratched with fine grit, as if some dirt/sand got in the edge of the case. Screen is in fabulous shape, battery is brand new, installed by Apple.

Little old lady only ever used it to drive to church and back...

You may not believe this but this phone was owned, from the day the plastic was peeled, by my 70 year old mother. It spent its entire life in an Otterbox case, and I haven't the faintest idea how she managed to make it look like she dragged it behind a truck over lava sand. (actually, she probably did get a little fine sand/dirt in the case, and it made the back look so awful)

Don't let the "experienced" back fool you - the screen is in excellent shape and I just got it back from Apple after having a brand new battery installed (install date 11/15/2018). If you plan to put it in a case (as you should!), it may as well be mint condition. It comes with an OEM lightning cable and OEM charger.
