Damage Description
It has a circular scratch in the backplate which was caused by one of those metal plates that the magnet holders rely upon. I guess over time it scratched away at the phone. It's not noticeable when the case is on. Other than that, the phone has some minor dust scratches on the rear sides. I presume those are from dust in the case that it has always been in.
The screen was replaced this past summer after I accidentally cracked it. I put a screen protector over top of it immediately, so the real screen is flawless; but the screen protector has a slight scratch in it if you view a black screen at the right angle. I will leave the screen protector on it when I ship it. It has plenty of life in it still. You're more than welcome to remove it at anytime.

This phone was originally purchased from Verizon. I unlocked the boot loader and put the Google stock image on it recently and then relocked the boot loader. The Verizon image is no longer on it. That's why it's been filed under "Google Edition". It has never been locked to Verizon.
The phone is in very good condition. The screen is only a few months old and has been "protected" ever since it was replaced.
