Apple care? 420?
No Apple Care - Standard Apple Warranty Applies - $465 - I'm not negotiable on the price (considering Swappa fees, shipping and PayPal fees). It was $530 new, has barely any use, is 100% functional and under warranty, and has the original sales receipt and an additional band.

Can it only be used for Verizon?
It will work on any carrier - Verizon does not lock their smartphones or watches - The A1976 Apple Watch Series 4 is the North American version (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204507#series4)
