The device is on iOS 11.4.1 as seen in one of the photos in the listing.
It is unlocked as all Verizon post paid 4G phones are unlocked for other carriers. You may still need to check the device's LTE band compatibility with your country's carrier.
The Apple warranty is expired for both tech support and repair/service coverage. But the phone was swapped by Apple on Sept 14, 2018. That carries 90 day warranty which still has a week or so of coverage left. I have the paperwork for the swap and can pass that along to the buyer if requested.
