Do you have any better pictures of the "wear and tear" or is it just the scratches on the lid and bottom of the laptop?
Phillip, I don't really have a better way to capture the "wear and tear". There is one very small nick on the side of the top case (I've added two photos for reference). The rest are scratches on the top and bottom of the laptop. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Laura, there is no warranty or Apple Care remaining. There have been 403 Battery cycles and the battery condition is "normal" (see photos for the processor and battery information)
