Hi Rose I apologize to everyone for the delayed responses I'm not getting any notifications from SWAPPA for some reason. The iPad does not have apple care and yes im the original owner. Yes its unlocked I bought it from Best Buy. I have personally used it on Verizon and Tmobile. Theres is no debt to any network I purchased the iPad outright It is my device.
