This machine went to Samsung for repair and , so , works well. Battery is good... up to date with Chrome os as of Nov. 27, 2018. system is powerwashed and deleted from my Google list of devices. It is listed since I updated to another device. Thank you

What repair did it go to Samsung for? Everything works fine now and screen in in good condition?

hi this Chromebook Plus went to Samsung to repair under warrantee the digitizer--touch screen after it exhibited the "ghost touch" flaw. "Ghost touch" meant that there were random selections on the touch screen that I did not initiate. The screen is now in good condition and the problem is rectified.
This unit Chromebook Plus is now out of warrantee.
