Is there any signs of wear on the device at all? Any lighter spots on the back from being held and/or any scratches/scuffs on the screen or body? Also, is there any warranty left?

No not at all I spent 1,650 for tablet got it on 4/2018 with 60.00 screen protector I ended up buying 180.00 lifeprof case so it is in mint condition

I apologize forgot to respond about warranty I have had nothing but apple products for over 10 years never buy warranty I buy life proof cases for all my devices and quality screen protectors

Yes warranty and misplaced Apple Pencil so no pencil with Ipad
