Excellent shape. A lot closer to Mint than Good. I have the original box since this iPad is suitable to give as a gift. The original charger is included but not the cable. I have used this gently and lightly. It is updated and runs the latest iOs. I purchased this unlocked and then activated it on Verizon but it will activate on any carrier that has a compatible band.

Is it unlocked ready use any carriers?
It is unlocked and will work with any carrier that has a compatible band. I am not sure how many carriers there are so I cannot promise it will be compatible with all carriers. Verizon T-Mobile Sprint ATT should be good. I recommend asking your carrier before buying.
