Hi William, I can certainly try, however, the Xfinity reps that I’ve spoken to have told me that they are merging systems and the unlocking process has been taking weeks. I didn’t want to mess with the headache that is Xfinity customer service after it took me 2 weeks just to get my phone number ported out.

Any damage? how is its quality?

The phone is in great shape and works perfectly; I had it for a week before we decided to switch phone carriers.

Hi Chahana, there is a warranty until June. Most phones Apple use as replacements are refurbished, but I cannot tell you 100%. The earphones are included, I set them too far off to the side in the picture.

Hi David, the phone will only work with Xfinity mobile service as it’s locked to that carrier. (I tried a T-Mobile sim as we were hoping it would be unlocked for the get go, but Xfinity locks down their phones now).

George, I’ve looked into it, but I’ve had such a headache that I just want the phone gone at this point. Xfinity’s customer service is not the best, which is one of the reasons we left.

I am willing to go as low as $575 if anyone is interested.
