I need to sell for $345 it’s a new iPad the box isn’t sealed but the iPad still has all it’s plastics no finger prints on it or anything it’s a brand new pad

I totally understand that you need to sell it and want a good price. I would to. However, because you opened the box, it's not new anymore. It's new other. I'm sure it's its perfectly fine but on Ebay you can get them for 5 - 15 more brand new, never been opened. I would like to buy but as has been stated before, you need to come down a little because of the package being opened.

I see what you mean but paying $15 more to unseal a box isnt something I’d spend on. I’ve seen them go for higher and same price range regardless of things the iPad and everything it comes from is brand new without finger prints or any time on it.
