You said there are damages, but aren't the bottom rubber feet missing? I'm also seeing the paint is chipped on the screen.

Yes the bottom rubber feet is missing hence the listed Condition category of Good (with minor wear and tear). There is no paint chipping on the screen, perhaps you are mistaking the attached sliding webcam cover which can be removed.

Hi Declan, I earlier chatted with Microsoft Support and they said to bring it to any of their stores for a check and possible replacement of the feet strips so you could do that.
Then again it does not affect usage of the device in any way - seems to be pretty common with surface books actually.

Hey, so I did some research and I found a non performance base surface book with some issues for much much cheaper but I still would like to upgrade to the Performance base. However, Microsoft basically doesn't sell the feet alone for this computer and I will either have to pay an additional 500 dollars over the price I pay to get it repaired or figure out a DIY solution. Because of that, I'll offer to buy at 700 bucks.

Hi Declan, the rubber feet are largely aesthetic and a DIY approach can work. However in consideration of this, I can come lower to a price earlier offered by Sonia V. - $800. I'm afraid that is the most I will do.
