This was my daily driver and I've owned since new. I learned the hard way that only a fully covered case will fully protect a cell phone, which includes a flap for the screen. With that being said, I had a couple mishaps in my car while I've owned this phone early on. Never dropped but phone sustained the 'abuse' described above before I purchased a good case which was approximately about a year after original purchase. The phone has worked flawlessly, has had zero issues and has never been rooted nor even attempted.
Comes with everything shown in pictures (spare pen tips, tip tool, original charger, 3.0 cord, boxes and manuals).
