iPad is in perfect condition and has been kept in case since purchase. There is a light black streak on back that o didn't know was even there until I took off the case, so assume it's wear from the case. No scratches or dings. Comes with original charger and box.

The cover has wear and tear but sure. I'm not sure about the SIM card comment as this is the WiFi only version, so it doesn't accept any sim card.

Sorry, but I don't believe you can check that on iPad, only on iPhone, if you're referring to the information in the battery settings on iPhone.
