This one is the latest 12inch MacBook and it is brand new. Retail on apple for this is about 1750 with tax.

This MacBook has a $200 storage upgrade from the 256GB

What doesn't make sense? You can go on apple.com right now and build this computer to see the price. It's over 1700 including tax.
