2017 Macbook Pro w/touchbar, 256GB, 16GB DDR3, Radeon Pro 560
Hi folks. Per title, this is a 2017 Macbook Pro with touchbar, 2.8GHz i7, 256GB storage, 16GB memory, and a Radeon Pro 560. Purchased directly from Apple. Original power adapter and box are included (but not manual). Full technical specs here: https://support.apple.com/kb/SP756?locale=en_US
It was purchased on 7/19/2017 and was lovingly used since. I have gone over it carefully and there are no imperfections of any kind.
The only mechanical issue I've ever had was erratic power usage a few months ago (kernel_task process took up too much CPU), which Apple fixed by replacing the logic board. The laptop has been flawless since then. This also reset the 1-year warranty, meaning the laptop is covered until a year after the repair date (6/14/2018), so this should add some security.
The only other thing worth mentioning is that the keyboard is English/Cyrillic, which I ordered because it shortens the left Shift slightly in exchange for an extra key to use for shortcuts.

Could the keyboard be changed by Apple to a normal layout one ?
It could I suppose, since they replace keyboards for other things. You’d have to talk to them.
The dual keyboard isn’t really a big deal - it has a similar layout and the same keys as the US one.

Is the touchpad physically damaged? becuse i see like a deep scratch on it from the pics (bottom left), could you please make a close-up picture of it ?
Sure, I added a pic. The touchpad is flawless. I'm actually not sure I see the scratch you mentioned (might just be an oddity of the light in the original pic?)
