Condition of screens are like new. No scratches marks or anything. Hinges are perfectly fine and no it’s mint. I literally bought it for a trip as new but opened front Amazon. I do not have original Mario Kart code which is a bummer because it did come with it and I never used it and cannot find it. Not sure the firmware but haven’t updated since originally starting it up since I bought back in July.
