Can you run a battery test report to show current battery capacity vs. initial battery capacity? In command prompt you can enter powercfg/batteryreport to generate one.

I'm confused by the specs listed. In you heading it says 16gb RAM, but in the Summary section above it says 8 Gb RAM.
I double checked. It is 16GB RAM. I cannot change the listing on Swappa to show 16GB RAM. So you should go by the Heading
