I’m pretty firm on the price.
When was it purchased (asking for potential AppleCare+ purchase/coverage), and what's the current cycle count?
According to the system profiler, the cycle count is 12. As for purchase date, I'm not sure of the exact date but it is more than 30 days ago, so it wouldn't be eligible for AppleCare+.
