I removed the screws to upgrade the SSD from 16GB to 128GB. I thought I had them in a mini-plastic bag somewhere, but couldn't find 'em!!! I'm gonna look again tonight....

Hi, It appears to be in decent shape, though I'm worried about the missing screws and rubber feet.

What 128gb ssd did you put in the chromebook?

The laptop still "snaps" shut, 'cause of the design and maybe you can get the screws and two (2) rubber feet from eBay? It's still secure opening and closing.

Anyway, the ssd is a "MyDigitalSSD" Super Boot Drive, 42mm (2242) SATA III/6G, M.2 NGFF

I assume everything functions appropriately despite your modifications? Why did you replace the hard drive?

Also how is the battery life?

Everything works - I would never sell a device that didn't work. It boots up, you can log in, browse, play music, etc. Just wanted the opportunity to save more documents on the hard drive vs Google Drive. I guess the battery life is about 6 - 7 hours? It's been soooo long since I've actively used it. You can probably go online and find some reviews about this chromebook.
