Seller Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of cleared payment. However, most orders will be shipped out the same day that they're ordered. Shipping and handling is free for US customers via USPS first class mail which typically takes 3 to 5 business days. A signature will be required at the time of delivery on any orders totaling $750 or greater. We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping service or carrier based on the order total or number of devices ordered.

Seller Return Policy
We back our products with a 30-day money-back return policy. If you are dissatisfied with an item you may return it in its original condition for a full refund within a 30-day period from the date of sale. The serial number/IMEI on the returned device must match the device that was shipped or no refund will be issued. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We cannot accept returns that have been repaired, altered, or damaged in any way. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or will be returned to the buyer at our sole discretion.
