Eligible products may be returned within **30 days of delivery** for a refund, subject to the conditions below and Swappa's applicable return policies.

### How to Request a Return

1. Contact us through **Swappa** within 30 days of delivery and explain the reason for your return.
2. Follow the return instructions provided through Swappa or by Klymen.
3. Package the device securely to prevent damage during shipping.
4. Return the device with all accessories and other items originally included with your purchase.
5. Do not remove, alter, or damage any serial-number, IMEI, warranty, or identification labels, when applicable.

### Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a device that is defective, damaged during delivery, materially different from the listing description, or the wrong item, please contact us through Swappa as soon as possible.

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our return policy and Swappa's applicable policies.

### Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept eligible change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.

The device must be returned in the **same condition in which it was received**, including all accessories and components originally included with the order.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind or buyer's-remorse returns may be the buyer's responsibility where permitted under Swappa's policies.

### Condition of Returned Devices

Returned products are inspected upon receipt.

To qualify for a full refund, the product should be returned in substantially the same cosmetic and functional condition in which it was delivered.

A deduction from the refund may apply, where permitted by Swappa's policies, if the returned product:

* Has been physically damaged after delivery
* Has new scratches, cracks, dents, or other damage
* Has missing accessories or components
* Has been modified, repaired, or altered
* Has had security or identification labels removed or altered
* Is returned in a materially different condition from when it was received

### Remove Personal Information

Before returning a smartphone, tablet, smartwatch, or other connected device, the buyer must:

* Remove all personal information and accounts
* Sign out of iCloud, Google, Samsung, or other applicable accounts
* Disable **Find My iPhone/Find My Device** and similar security features
* Remove screen locks, PINs, passwords, and activation locks
* Perform a factory reset when appropriate

Devices returned with an active account, activation lock, or password may experience a delay in processing until the buyer removes the lock.

### IMEI & Serial Number Verification

For transaction security and fraud prevention, **Klymen records the IMEI, serial number, and other identifying information of applicable devices before shipment.**

The device returned must be the **same device originally shipped to the buyer**.

Returns involving a different IMEI, serial number, or substituted device will be documented and handled through Swappa's dispute and seller-protection procedures.

### Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received, Klymen will inspect and verify the device and included accessories.

Eligible refunds will then be processed through the original transaction/payment method in accordance with Swappa's applicable procedures.

### Swappa Policies

All purchases, returns, refunds, and disputes are also subject to **Swappa's applicable marketplace policies**. If Swappa's requirements differ from any provision of this return policy, Swappa's applicable policies will govern.
