Seller Damage Description
This computer has been fully tested by a Microsoft Registered Refurbisher. This item is considered A grade refurbished, while it may still show minor signs of previous use it will be in great cosmetic condition. A fresh installation of Windows (and more) installed with the Digital Product Key (certificate of authenticity) activated! Battery has been tested to be in working condition, Battery life not covered under warranty. PLEASE READ ALL DESCRIPTIONS!

All computers will come with power cords and a Quick Start guide. No additional cables or accessories will be provided unless mentioned in the listing.
Our Windows 11 based products are certified by Microsoft as being Windows 11 compatible and upgradable! These computers will come with a Digital product key installed, paper keys are no longer available. Product keys can be provided after delivery at the buyers request.
All products are tested to be in good working condition and backed by our 30 day return policy and 1 year defect warranty. This warranty does not cover data, software issues, battery life or accessories. Any 3rd party repair will void all warranties. Items must be returned to the seller for warranty servicing. 1 year warranty is only valid in the continental United States. Freight forwarders assume all responsibility when forwarding items with a 3rd party shipping service. Swappa and Regadget are not responsible for damaged products that are shipped via 3rd party. We do not issue international return shipping labels. Buyers who use a 3rd party freight forwarder are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to the country of sale.
Items sold as B grade or discounted for cosmetic imperfections are not eligible for exchange due to cosmetic issues. Buyers are welcome to return for a refund if the B grade item will not suite their needs. Partial refunds and exchanges will NOT be available for these items.

Seller Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPMENTS will be shipped through UPS, FedEx or USPS Ground transport. We ship within 1 business days of payment received.
Tracking Numbers will be emailed shortly after product is scheduled for shipment. Expedited delivery service may be available for an additional cost, and should be coordinated through our customer service department.
If you have purchased multiple items from us, they may be shipped in the different packages and may arrive at separate times.
We do not offer FREE SHIPPING to any location outside of the contiguous USA (lower 48 states). We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional fee. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories outside of the contiguous 48 states including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, etc.
We only ship to confirmed address. No P.O. boxes, please.

Seller Return Policy
You may return your items for any reason within 30 days of initial delivery.
Special/custom order cannot be returned. Special/custom orders cancelled later than 24 hours after purchase are subject up to a 15% cancellation fee.
Exchanges are only available for 30 days from receipt, unless as otherwise determined by our technical staff.
Customer must report any visible damage within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange based upon such visible damage. If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this time frame, you cannot obtain a refund or exchange because of the visible damage.
All returned items must be approved by our service department before they are shipped back. You will be provided with a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) form to include with the package(s) via email.
Please use original packaging if possible. If the item is not packaged securely, and upon delivery is found to be damaged as a result, no refund will be issued.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
RMAs are processed within 2 business days of delivery at our facility. Once your RMA has been processed, you can expect a refund or exchange shipment to be arranged within 3 business days. It could take an additional 3-5 days for funds to appear back in your account due to the varying processing time of different banks. If item is returned without a valid RMA number, we will be unable to process a return, exchange or refund.
Freight Forwarders- Customers using a 3rd party to forward items to other countries are free to do so. However our warranty is only valid in the USA and is non transferable. Regadget is not responsible for damaged product that was delivered to a freight forwarder address. We do not issue partial refunds and return shipping to the continental United States will be at the customers expense.
Payments and Taxes
- Seller accepts PayPal for payment
- Swappa is required to calculate, collect, and remit sales tax on behalf of sellers in specific states.
