Bonus: VRCover facial interface + 3D Printed mounting parts for a Eye and/or Facial Tracking addon are included.
For the facial tracking you will need to source the electronics & hardware yourself from [EyeTrackVR] and [Project Babble (or a Vive Facial Tracker)]. Search them, I don't know if external links are allowed in descriptions.
Does not include original packaging, as this headset was part of a Full Kit that I still use parts of. I simply don't need the headset anymore.

Seller Damage Description
(1) Headset tether cable works fine but may need replacement soon due to the average lifespan of a Valve Index cable. Used fairly lightly over 4 years.
Minor cosmetic wear
(2) Lenses may have tiny smudges from wear of the manufacturer's outer lens glue (can be easily removed)
(3) Back tether is missing a cable clip-velcro strap is used in place of one.
