Everything you see is what you get. Ive taken great care of this product, I love the speed and look of it and always get complimented on it and asked about its uniqueness. One minor indentation near the cooling fan. 3cases one minimalist case (w screws not pictured) fast charger and cable (not pictured), felt screens for the vents, extra protective glass frnt/bck a clear liquid gorilla screen and a protective screen is covering the screen. It has never been without protection, including the rear cameras cover w protective glass. a PS gaming controller used less than 5 times and is like new. this is my 4th RM phone, I just really like their quality and having a portable computer in my pocket
