This is a brand new Samsung Galaxy Z Trifold USA variant (unlocked) 512GB purchased directly from a Samsung Experience Store in New York. I just purchased it today on Mar 1 and listing it on the same day, you can see the receipt picture.

Samsung only had one unit left which was marked as factory sealed open box, Samsung staff confirmed that the phone had been purchased and returned within one day, then fully inspected and factory re-sealed by Samsung. Samsung explained that this process is actually more thorough than a typical open-box item, ensuring the device meets factory standards before being sealed again.

The box is sealed by Samsung, the phone is unused, and it is being sold as brand new.
