New battery installed, all data had been professionally wiped clean and reinstalled a clean OSX 12. Even though is a refurbished unit, the touchpad works, but you can’t click on it. You can move the mouse but when you try to click on an app or something it will not click. Witch you can buy a wireless mouse and this will fix the issues, I purchase a new wireless mouse witch will be included.
