Hey there, can we get some more details as to the nature of this screen imperfection? is it a dead pixel? a nail mark in the screen protector? a legitimate factory defect? In what cases is it visible?

Seems like it was an original factory defect. It's almost impossible to see honestly, which is the reason I didn't return it when I first received it from Samsung and they offer to let me do that. The only time you'll ever notice it is if you're screen is off and you're really looking for it. But you can't feel it and it hasn't changed at all in the 6 months or so that I've owned the phone.

I explained what it was in a previous comment, it's a very very very very small spot on the inner screen that is almost impossible to photograph properly. You can see it in person when the screen is off, but only from certain angles. And it does not affect the viewing experience whatsoever. I don't think most people would even notice, but when I originally bought the phone I was extremely particular considering how much money I had spent. But after a week of using it I didn't find it noticeable at all so I didn't bother having it swapped out for a replacement. That was back in July or August when the phone originally launched. And the spot has continued to be a complete non-issue, I just wanted to be completely transparent and point out anything any potential buyers might notice when they get the device themselves.
