The device has some very light scratches on the border, outside of the hinge, and outer screen that are not noticeable when in use. All cosmetic and does not affect functionality. The device is fully functional and overall in great shape with minimal use.

We aim to ship within 24 hours of receiving the order (1 business day).
This excludes holidays or weekends because carriers do not pick up parcels on weekends or holidays.
Delivery time is 3-5 business days.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! That’s why we offer a 30-day limited warranty on all devices we sell.

What’s Covered:
If your item arrives with an issue or defect that was not listed or mentioned in the original listing, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

What’s Not Covered:
Swappa’s guidelines state that returns are not required for buyer’s remorse (such as a change of mind or purchasing the wrong carrier/device). For this reason, we are unable to accept returns in those cases.

Return Conditions:
• The device must be returned in the same condition as it was originally shipped.
• If the item is returned with damage, missing parts, or in a different condition, the return may be denied.
• Refunds are only processed once the device has been received back and passes our return inspection.
