Hi,
Is it carrier unlocked? Or is it locked to Verizon?
Originally pre-order where I had to select Verizon as the carrier, but since it's been a year, I believe it's no longer carrier locked.
*pre ordered directly from Apple and financed on Apple card, that is.
Could you please send a picture of the carrier unlocked status?
Open the Settings app, go to General > About, and scroll down to the Carrier Lock section. If it displays "No SIM restrictions", the iPhone is unlocked and can be used with any compatible carrier.
