hi BILL, it´s unlocked?
Hello Jorge, it says carrier AT&T so I think it is limited to ATT? Sorry, I am not to sure how to tell if it's unlocked.
Forgot to list that Battery is at 93%
To determine if your iPhone is locked to a carrier, go to Settings > General > About and check the Carrier Lock field. If it displays "No SIM restrictions," the device is unlocked.
It is sim locked, my carrier is ATT

In order for me to unlock it, the device must not be associated with an AT&T account. Can you please confirm that it is not linked to an AT&T account?

It is not, the phone is paid off, I just have always had ATT so not sure how I would remove it from the sim.. Sorry, I dont know about these things.
If you have time, you can request the unlock yourself through the AT&T unlocking page. It's free; you just need to enter the IMEI. That will help you sell them faster.
