To say this has never been used is a misnomer. This is a refurbished phone which by its very nature is taking a used phone and refreshing some of the parts.

Olivia, the phone is still available. The only thing it doesn’t come with is headphones but it does have a usb wall charger. I can include headphones if you need them. I do have an unused pair of apple earbuds and can post photos later today.

Mr jordan...if u got this phone as an insurance claim correct? How can it be refurbished? Is the situation of the phone like parts of the same phone were replaced?

The phone was lost and they sent me a refurbished phone. That’s just how the insurance works. They don’t guarantee a brand new phone.

I do not see how the price is unfair. You are incorrect on the price of a brand new iPhone 7s Plus. Brand new this phone is $769.99 per Verizon's website and most would have to pay sales tax which for me would be around $40. It is listed $219.99 below that price. On Verizon's Website for an Apples iPhone 7s Plus 32GB certified preowned the price is $504.99 plus tax which in total is only about $20 less than what I am asking for a 128GB. I am sure Verizon would have the phone listed higher than what I am asking. Good thing for you Vick, you don't have to buy the phone. Your comments are not necessary and its a shame I am having to waste my time defending my asking price to you. I am free to ask whatever price I would like. If you don't like the price, you can move on or make me an offer.
