Is this phone completely paid off and is not under contract? Does this phone have a clean imei?
besides the fact that swappa checks the imei as well as the other websites i listed no
Brad P. Nobody's perfect and sometimes items get posted that are not paid off or on contract which I have seen and experienced in the past on here.
So if I ask the swappa staff they will collaborate that? Has it been returned for having a defective back? has the back glass been replaced at all?

@13xxx13 you are probably better off. I am pretty sure this phone was returned to the seller once already for having a defective display.
James can you provide something showing this new unit was the one with the defective display?
I emailed Swappa staff with the information and the PayPal dispute that was opened before it was sold here.
That is upto the staff..... They can pull the sellers disputes and then match up the IMEI numbers to see if they are the same.
If you are the buyer...i would investigate with them first before finalizing the sale.
