I'm not listing the phone as new for the reason that I opened the box to test the 41MP camera on the phone but the phone was never activated or sim card added to the phone.
Including additional wireless charge cover and charging pad.

Hello, what's the story behind the phone? (how is such an old model new?)

Tested the camera and put it back in the box. The wireless charger was used a few times but is basically new. The black cover is new and has never been out of the box.
The phone was bought outright from AT&T and should work on any GSM network. The reason why I listed it as new is because it was never connected to the network. I tested the camera a few times and that was it.
There was never a sim card installed on the phone. It was only used to test the camera and put back on the box.
@M.A.Z. I'm not trying to mislead anyone but the phone was never activated.
I've gone ahead and updated it as Mint and I've added to the description.

I'm set for W10M on a daily driver. I actually reverted my 1520 recently to 8.1 + Denim so I can semi-retire it to camera/travel duties. I'll do the same with the 1020. 8.1 has superior algorithms along with faster shot-to-shot and processing times anyway.
