Slightly used & worn EVO 4G, originally from Google I/O

It has been lightly used when first received (May 2010, at Google I/O), but has been in storage since October 2010. It has not been modded in any way and still contains the original battery.

Please note that when I talked to Sprint about the possibility of giving this phone away they claimed that the recipient would have to take a two year contract anyway, thus negating any savings by buying used. If you can get them to waive that or have alternate uses for this device then by all means take it. I mostly just want to get this into the hands of someone who can make good use of it.

Damage description

There are some scratches on the back, and minor paint scratches on the top corners and left side. The screen is in overall good condition, with some minor nicks in a few places near the bottom left corner (see picture for dots); these are barely noticeable during use.
