@Bobby L the device is paid off, which is why Swappa is allowing me to list it. It is not under contract, I have just unlocked too many devices on T-mobile in the past year, which is why I can't unlock it myself right now. In other words, it is unlockable, but I cannot do it myself. It is in no way tied to a contract (I'm not under any contract).

@James I think it's a really fair price considering you get everything you'd need for the phone. It's also the cheapest of all available phones of this type and the average selling price is $15 over the current price.
