Great purchase

Extra storage is nice

Phone was in great condition. Wanted a new high-end phone for a good price so I went for used. Phone came in perfect condition as advertised and I'm happy with the fast shipping for free.

Last phone was S8 Active, bought because it was dependable and rugged. Thought it would last me 10 years. But with the updates to the OS, I had to move on -- S23 is awesome -- and got it as last year's model - mint condition! Great deal and good people!

As advertised. I can't find any scratches or noticable wear. Battery performance is as expected. No complaints and price was more than fair based on my research. Shipping was slightly delayed; however, there was a hurricane in the seller's area when I purchased so totally understandable. Would strongly recommend the seller and buy from them again.

Honestly, this was a pretty easy transfer from my previous phone. I'm getting used to the different features and where everything is located, same with any move. My only complaints are 1) The biometric lock makes me want to throw the phone across the room. I have reset the fingerprint at least 6 times and still struggle with it, often making too many attempts so it gives the "wait 30 seconds" message. I also have a PIN entry as well as SmartLock at home (works maybe 75% of the time), so it's not impossible to get in, just incredibly frustrating when I'm multi-tasking. 2) In my opinion, the color of the phone is closer to pink than lavender, which was a little disappointing but not the end of the world. What can I say, I like my purples.

Its just a phone. I wont pay this much money again for a flagship phone. I just need a phone that gets updates for the next 5 yrs.
