Samsung released the Galaxy S22 Ultra in February 2022 and released the Galaxy S23 in February 2023. The Galaxy S23 is powered by the newer Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, as opposed to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor in the Galaxy S22 Ultra. But overall, the Galaxy S22 Ultra has a few advantages if you are looking for a bigger phone or lots of storage. The Galaxy S22 Ultra features a 6.8” display with support for the S Pen and up to 1TB of storage.
