Samsung released the Galaxy S21 Ultra in January 2021 and the Galaxy S23 Ultra in February 2023. The Galaxy S21 Ultra and the Galaxy S23 Ultra share some similarities. For example, they both feature a large 6.8-inch display, but being two years newer, the Galaxy S23 Ultra has a few advantages compared to the Galaxy S21 Ulta. You’ll get a newer processor, more internal storage space, and an integrated S Pen (instead of S Pen support on the Galaxy S21 Ultra).
