The S20 5G is powered by a Snapdragon 865 processor. The S20 5G has 12GB of RAM, whereas the S21 has 8GB of RAM, but the S21 has up to 256GB of storage, which is in addition to a 128GB model. Both models have a 4000 mAh battery, support for 5G networks, and a 6.2-inch display. The S20 5G display is a Quad HD+ at 3200 x 1440, and the S21 display is an FHD+ at 2400 x 1080. The S21 has a 10MP (f/2.2) camera on the front and a triple camera array with a 12MP (f/1.8) wide, 12MP (f/2.2) ultrawide, and a 64MP (f/2.0) telephoto on the back.

The S21 Plus display is 6.8-inches and Quad HD+ with a resolution of 3200 x 1440 and up to a 120Hz refresh rate. The camera setup on the S21 Ultra is a 40MP front-facing camera, with a 108MP wide-angle, 12MP ultra-wide, 10MP telephoto, and 10MP periscope zoom setup on the back. Other key features for the S21 Ultra include up to 512GB of storage space, a 5000 mAh battery, and 5G support.
