The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge was originally released in April 2015 alongside the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge+. A curved screen variant of the regular Galaxy S6, the S6 Edge utilized Samsung’s flexible AMOLED technology to wrap the display over the sides of the phone.
