Great phone. Although, if you have small hands it could be pretty difficult to hold onto.

Have owned every note since they were produced and love them all. Very pricey though.

This is the first phone since the Galaxy Note 4 that made me feel like I was getting a real upgrade.

This is a great phone with a large clear face. I have not found a phone case or protective glass that doesn't leave a gap so I don't have anything on the face of my screen to protect it but I love everything else about the Note 10 +

So far it has been a great buy.

Phone came after about one week of purchase in pretty good shape very happy. Just be careful if you order off swappa because you might not get International if you order International also if you order the note20 you might not get an ultra or International the versions and model numbers are not verified through swappa so I'm still out $2,000 at the moment in refunds

Definitely worth the money for power/professional users. The battery, screen, responsiveness and features maximize my input. Screen is bright, vibrant and is enjoy to watch. Audio output is actually quite loud and does a good job at trying 3-d audiomatics.

Upgraded from S9+ to this. (The Note 20's price is just too crazy for me.) This was a great value and I plan to start upgrading every year using Swappa.

Very good for a used phone 9/10 in looks just no accessories. Was easy to add to my phone carrier and within mins I was up and running. If you are planning to get a phone SELLER is A+. My SWAPPA experience overall was less than 1 star.

Great camera, beautiful screen, Samsung bloatware is negligible

My prior purchase was a Samsung S8. Even though I have small hands and fingers, I find it easier to use the keyboard of the Samsung Note phones. I chose the Plus version as it allows me to use a micro SD card. I used up quite a bit of the battery while setting it up, so this might be why I had to recharge it within a day. There is a bit of a learning curve with this new phone, but I'll get used to it.

The only thing difficult about this is learning to use everything - Amazing in every way - the only negatives for me are:
1. Missiing the oxygen sensor that was on the Note 4 - with covid- 19 era the oxygen sensor would be nice to have - still have my note 4 so can use if needed.
2. Missing the headphone jack that was on previous models- you can use the charging port with adapter for headphones, just not while charging.
