Pixel 6 vs Pixel 7a

The Pixel 6 measurements are as follows: 6.2” (H) x 2.9” (W) x 0.4” (D), with a weight of 7.30 ounces and a 6.4” display size. In comparison, the Pixel 7a measures 6.0” (H) x 2.8” (W) x 0.35” (D), weighs 6.83 ounces, and features a 6.1” display size.

The Pixel 6 features an 8MP front-facing wide-angle camera with an 84-degree field of view and a dual-rear camera array with a 50MP Octa PD Quad Bayer wide-angle lens and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle (114-degree field of view) lens.

To compare, the Pixel 7a features a 13MP front-facing ultra-wide-angle camera with a 95-degree field of view and a dual-rear camera array with a 64MP Octa PD Quad Bayer wide-angle lens and a 13MP ultra-wide-angle (120-degree field of view) lens.

The Pixel 7a camera supports Google’s Photo Unblur feature, but otherwise, the Pixel 6 and the Pixel 7a share many of the same camera features. They both also have a high-brightness mode, an at-a-glance mode, a now-playing mode, and an always-on display mode.

The Pixel 6 is powered by a 4614 mAh battery and the Pixel 7a is powered by a 4385 mAh battery. These battery capacities allow the Pixel 6 and the Pixel 7a to get 24 hours of battery life, and both phones support fast wired charging.

The Pixel 6 and the Pixel 7a also feature an Extreme Battery Saver mode. The Extreme Battery Saver mode allows the Pixel 6 to get up to 48 hours of battery life and the Pixel 7a to get up to 72 hours of battery life.

The Pixel 6 supports fast wireless charging, and the Pixel 7a supports standard wireless charging. The Pixel 6 also features Battery Share, which means you can wirelessly charge other devices such as a Pixel Watch or Pixel Buds.
