The Pixel 5a and the Pixel 6a feature an 8MP fixed-focus front camera. The Pixel 5a front camera has an 83-degree field of view and the Pixel 6a front camera has an 84-degree field of view.

The Pixel 5a and the Piel 6a both feature dual rear camera setups. The Pixel 5a has a 12.2MP dual-pixel wide camera and a 16MP ultrawide camera, and the Pixel 6a has a 12.2MP dual-pixel wide camera and a 12MP ultrawide camera.

The Pixel 5a and the Pixel 6a displays both feature an aspect ratio of 20:9, HDR support, a now-playing mode, and an always-on display mode and are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 cover glass. The Pixel 6a also features a high-brightness mode and an at-a-glance mode.

The Pixel 5a is powered by a 4680 mAh battery and the Pixel 6a is powered by a 4410 mAh battery. Both phones support fast wired charging and feature an Extreme Battery Saver mode. The battery-saver mode on the Pixel 5a will allow for up to 48 hours of battery life, and the battery-saver mode on the Pixel 6a will allow for up to 72 hours of battery life.
