The phone was delivered looking like I just purchased it new. No complaints by any means. I ALWAYS purchase my phones from here since 2015. You can’t beat the price for what you get. Never had a problem with the phones here and if I did it was taken care of ASAP. I recommend this site to everyone.

I had already purchased for my self and my husband an iPhone 6s Plus and an SE over a year ago on Swappa, and we love our phones! I wanted another one to give as a gift for my father who lives in Canada. In receiving this phone, the audio volume was very low. But a good cleaning of the speakers helped with this issue. Also, I am not able to activate Siri because when attempting set up it says it cannot hear my voice. But otherwise, everything else works great. And cosmetically the phone was better than expected. I informed the seller of the issues I had, and promptly received a response back with an offer to send the phone back free of charge for their technician to inspect. But I was not able to take them up on this offer as I had already traveled to Canada and the phone will be staying here. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase, and it was another positive Swappa experience!
